CS32F031系列是芯海科技推出的32位工业级信号链MCU，采用ARM® Cortex®-M0 内核，频率48MHz，最高集成64Kbytes flash和8Kbytes SRAM，并提供丰富的通信接口（I2C、SPI/I2S和USART）和多达12个定时器，具备可靠性高、精度高、功耗低等特点。 CS32F031系列集成丰富的信号链IO，包括INL低至1.2LSB的12位ADC、温漂60ppm/℃的内部参考电压、±2℃精度的温度传感器等；符合IEC60730的要求，支持Flash/RAM硬件校验，具备宽温(-40~105℃(环境温度)/125℃(结温))、宽压(2.0~5.5V)等特点；并提供一系列电源工作模式，以满足不同的低功耗应用。
